Returns + Exchanges
Returns will be accepted when items are defective or damaged. For purchases made online and which require an exchange for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and will contact you with the details for return.
Exchange/ Store Credit
To be eligible for an exchange/store credit, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. We require the name or email address provided at the time of purchase, your order number, or your receipt to be able to verify the order. We will accept exchanges for up to 30 days since the original purchase is made.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our best to make sure you are happy. We will be happy to exchange your item for something of equal value, or a store credit if the conditions are met.
To return your product, you will be provided with a shipping address and details during the return/exchange process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return times may vary based on the shipping carrier and location you are shipping from.
We suggest using a trackable shipping service for expensive items or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item from the carrier.
